I think this set is a dud. Many here bought 5+ when it was $11 through K-Mart last year. I always see shelves full of this set. That being said, I own five, and I would like it to be popular.

Target has them on eBay for $35 with free shipping.

not sure if this set is worth your time considering your location.  the set is "ok" but nothing super duper.  here in the US, it's one of those sets that collect dust in the stores.  the minifigs are nice though. 

 

note: i haven't built it.

If I can sell them someday for $45+, I'll be happy.

I bought 4 for $10 and barely got rid of them for $40 during Christmas. I.think the set is crap and money can be better spent elsewhere.

Superhero sets are money-makers. Just not this one

I got a stack from kmart at $11, been getting 40 on ebay but its been slow. 4 gone six to go. 

Wait till this set retires before slating its potential. If you're getting it for a decent discount and it retires in the next six months, there's no reason it won't be selling at 20% over retail come Christmas.

Mr Freeze and Arctic Batman is the way to go. Why? Because Freeze has a cell in the Arkham Asylum set, but no figure. Those sets naturally go together, and since AA is a collectable 10xxx item, they should do well together.

 

The same applies for Orthanc and the Orc Forge. Treebeard needs something to smash. Forge is perfect and part of the setting.

Ive noticed every shop I go to seems to have heaps of this set. Doesnt stand out to me but I am very new to this game.

 

The arctic batman sounds good but I am yet to find it in aus below retail price. Even at toyworld its not reduced
