Colorado Springs teen barters rare Lego for set of wheels

Featured Replies

Ugh, the page comes up with some survey question I must answer eitherwise it won't let me read the article and every one of them seems to be some stupid Verizon one.

I've been following this guy for a while now. I believe he started with one purple brick. The posts on Craigslist have been entertaining. Good for him!

new link with video, and I think no surveys at least for me.

Pretty cool. I bet you he's not a member of BrickPicker because he seems like a decent kid... :P

Anyone have a clue as to what these rare purple Legos look like?

I would like too know too

He showed a picture of a simple 2x4 standard purple brick. Not really too rare, but definitely a desirable color.

I have tons of purple bricks... Why are they rare all of a sudden...?

They're not all of a sudden something really special. It's all in how you sell it. He advertised a "very rare purple brick" was for trade. Most of us know better, other's apparently don't. Makes you think though.......huh...
