rare minifigs but I don't understand if is good for investing at 180

it's the dragon, the only place you can get that stinking dragon, I have all the other macro-dragons but the cost of this one prevents me from buying the set or the dragon itself

This is not an investment set.  It has done it's thing.  If you can find one in a lot somewhere that is probably your only chance at getting one cheap-ish.

I bought one last year for $100. Sold it two weeks later for $160, but you can probably get $180 if patient enough. There isn't much going for this set except the dragon, so don't buy at a high price.
