March 29, 201411 yr Hi, I picked this up years ago at a yard sale. Was saving for unknown reasons. But my girls want a train so I thought i might try trading it, but have No Idea if it is complete. I do not want to open the bag's to check. does any one know if it is missing anything.
March 29, 201411 yr From your pics I see both baseplates, all sails, boat and canoe3 of 7 minifigs are there more in the bags? I coulnt find the number of bags the set originally came with.
March 29, 201411 yr Author ya, number of bag's is what is killing me, can not find it any were. I don't want to say it's complete if it's not. If I can not figure it out, i'll toss it back into the closet to deal with another time.
March 29, 201411 yr Count the pieces, if you're carefull you can do it without opening the bags. I'm not sure if sets from that era show a parts list in the instructions, if it does make a photocopy and check off as you go.
March 29, 201411 yr Author I am not sure I have that level of patience. The box says 412 pieces. brickset says 428. If I need to go that far, I will wait for a time I am bored out of my mind and going crazy tiring to find some thing to do.
March 29, 201411 yr Just go through the instructions, if you can see most pieces in the bags it's complete. It looks complete to me, you have a bag of smll pieces, all large pieces are there, there's a bag of plates etc.
March 30, 201411 yr you might be able to find some more bag details in the reviews posted here : http://brickset.com/sets/6278-1/Enchanted-Island
