    It could be at least for their assortment of collectable figures. StompingFreak said CB had the license until 2030 (something); however, that does not mean they managed to retain certain exclusive rights like being the only company to design buildable sets. Now I only base that last statement on the fact Lego has reaccepted Doctor Who as a potential CUUSOO project.

    Character Building and Cobi are the same?

    It's a little confusing. Cobi based in Poland and Character Options (the company's actual name) in the UK are two different companies but Cobi makes all the Character Building products for Character Options. That's why they both seem to have very similar figures because essentially they really are the same.
