The point is (many) people lose time having to guess or look up.

It's like texting nobody wants to actually spell things and you just have to deal with it.

I think we should not use abbreviations, even more so with set numbers.

The purpose is to save time but often we end up with at least one more post asking what it is. With set numbers, readers often have to look up the number to find the set name.

 

Posts like this will make it hard for everyone:

"Picked up 2 BE from TRU today, saw a small discount on MC2 but passed"

Maybe we just need shorter names for sets instead of abbreviations so people can figure them out:

 

Arkham Asylum Breakout = Nut House

The Ewok Village = Muppets

Winter VIllage Cottage = Cold house

Super Star Destroyer = Badass

Ultimate Collector Series Millenium Falcon = The Grail

The Fire Brigade = rescue me

That's true. I was thinking the people who had the death star as an investment might just want to call it @#$%.
