Combined shipping with Ebay Turbo Lister

I recently set up multiple shipping rules in Ebay for how to combine different items/weights, and I want to make sure I have everything in my Turbo Lister uploads formatted correctly.  I've already gotten the new shipping rules uploaded to TL and applied correctly to tomorrow's listings.  However, there's another field next to the shipping charge labeled "+ Additional Item" that auto-fills with the shipping charge entered for the item, and it lists that as the shipping charge for each additional item when you view the preview page. 

 

So do I need to enter something in this field in addition to having the shipping rules?  Or will the shipping rules override it?
