My first order was in customer service for about 5 minutes and then went to in process, but my second order seems to be staying there. This was the first of each of these things that I am ordering and were not large orders, but I am going to wait for in process to order anything else

My HH from 9/4 arrived today! Code is 37R4

My Boscov orders say picked but show a weird ups tracking number that is obviously not a real tracking number.  Does anyone else have this?

If anyone gets a ship notice on their midnight LEGO Shop at Home order please post and give us an update.

 

Curious to see how big a backlog they received overnight and how long for them to recover.

The order status website shows one of my orders from last night has shipped and gives a tracking number. I have not yet received an email ship notice.

My orders during special events (May 4th, etc) usually take at least 1 day at customer service. The order I placed yesterday took less than 1 hour to become "in process". I highly doubt S @ H saw any backlog at all.

My 2 santas workshops have shipped, but my 2 EEE have not yet.

 

But my 4 HH from Target this morning have :) WOOHOO

How long did your second order stay in customer service? I am having the same thing happen today: ordered Santa's workshop at midnight which is already listed as shipped, I ordered the Sandcrawler this morning after cashing my paycheck and that one has been stuck in customer service for about 2 hours now....

I was wondering about the customer service drag, too. Ordered a 3E this morning and it's been in customer service all day.  Are they a bit overwhelmed with 2X points?

orders - especially exclusives- can get stuck in CS for few days. nothing to worry about

Mine are all in process just eee hasn't shipped
