HH ordered Sep 17 that's backordered is now cancelled =(

I hope that the HH I ordered Sept 14, still backordered, ships...

 

Was the HH limit 2 prior to it changing to sold out?

Similar situation here - Sep 15 order of one cancelled, Sep 9 order of 1 still lingering in backorder. Sep 1 order of one was shipped back on the 9th. They either work through orders backwards cancelling them, or might be trying to apply limits.

Those were the only 2 orders I had for HH. Hopefully my Sept 14 order goes through...

My 9-7 HH is still backordered from LEGO Shop at Home. I just looked and its available with ship date of 10-4 at LEGO Shop at Home. so confused.

My 15 and 16th GEs ordered from LEGO Shop at Home ordered Monday have shipped. Dancing with the banhammer devil. Yeehaw.

The first order (Haunted House set) I have ever made at LEGO Shop at Home and it gets cancelled. Is there anyway to complain to them?

I placed an order for hh on 9/5... still shows in backorder

My HH from 9/4 is in process. Does that mean I will definitely get it?

I've read that "in process" means that it will go through....but I do not have my own confirmation on that. Yet

Though the order status reads "Customer Service".

My Order status also reads "Customer Service" does it means that it's judgement day ?

I am often in process for over a week.

I noticed an uptick in VIP points today, it seems Lego has given me 1300 free points for my cancelled 9/14 HH order. Never got that before. Anyone else? Fluke, generosity, or error? Perhaps I should spend them quickly.
