Two orders of Exo suits and Research Institutes from LEGO Shop at Home. One is in process for all items, the other Customer Service with Exo suits backordered.

I got a shipping confirmation for my order of Exo Suits from Target. 

My entire order of Exo Suits and Research Institutes from LEGO Shop at Home is still in process. Still no order confirmation e-mail.  Weird.

I ordered a 10188 this morning and I still haven't gotten any e-mail for it. Status just says backordered and the Mini Mini Cooper says customer service.

I called usually orders flip to shipped in 4 hours or less it has been over 9 hours. They said the order is being processed by their fulfillment center. She then told me she can not check inventory at their fulfillment center.

ordered 2 exo and 2 labs when it went live. order in process no email. Ordered 3 exo from target when I got up 2 hrs ago and they shipped just now

Just FYI I ordered at about 00:40 EST and still no confirmation yet, order still says "In Process".  I'm sure lots of people are in the same boat
