Not sure if everyone else is still getting 15% CB on exclusives?

I ordered non-exclusives and got 15% back, so there's that. I hadn't tried any exclusives the past few days.

I wanted the new Botanical garden to build and had $45 off in GCs plus 2 x VIP and ballerina GWP so figured $50 CB made it a deal but instead got $10 😥

Good news for those that ordered City Gardens on sale, backordered until Feb 2025.  Mine just shipped.

that's too funny, how does that even happen??  i looked through my open orders, nothing older than a month.

I bought a bunch of them but there were two that they didn't ship becuase they ran out of inventory. It looks like they found some lingering stock in some warehouse near @exciter1 😆

LEGO seems to be taking lessons from Best Buy and Kohls.  Received an order today that was dripping parts out of the corner of the box.  Box contained three Gimli/Legolas BHs, a Mickey Mouse BH and a GWP, all in pristine condition.  However, the 24 Series 26 minifigures were a different story.  Frankly, someone, somewhere, didn't give a ****.  Out of 24 minifigs, 7 were opened and 1 was missing.  The shipping box was in good condition.  When I called LEGO CS, she stated that they would send 7 more right out.  I had to correct her that it was 8.  Then, she stated that she was going to send an address label to send the 7 damaged ones back.  I told her to forget it, that it wasn't worth the trouble, being so close to Christmas.  So she said that she would send the 8 anyways and don't worry about the return.  No apologies, no offer of Insider points for the 35 minutes that I had to stay on the phone.  I have two City Gardens being delivered on Monday.  I can only hope that they will be in better condition.

When Lego first started with the paper packaging I had some doozies but over the last year I have had some of the best packaging from Lego in years, especially those handled by Ontrac, but of course it doesnt matter if UPS sits on them.

As stated, the box was in good shape as were the larger sets.

So dealing with Target on a return.  Returned a Camaro #10304 for an exchange as the one I received was beat to crap.  No response and no update from Target even though it was returned on the 2nd.  See an update showing Return Denied.  Contacted CS and they said it was marked as damaged, used or worn upon return so it was denied.  I told them no crap, that's why I returned it.  They said they would escalate it to another team but at this point no item, no exchange and no refund😡

Target is worse than an IRS audit. Insanely petty in the return department.

That’s what I do but he wants a replacement not a return.

Yeah, Target can be a real pain.  Hate it when I do store pickups and they give me damaged goods.  You can't just grab one off the shelf to replace it.  They have to do a full return and then do their price adjustments to make it come out right again.  And of course you have to wait for the register to become available again to do it.  I especially don't like it because Red Cards (especially debit) tend to shut down when you use them too much.
