On Wed, I finally got my New Years order from LEGO Shop at Home.

My Razor Crest shipped after only a couple days on Backorder. And luckily, my Ice Rink is shipping with it (or unluckily depending on how they packed it)

Got my minty fresh cantina in from LEGO Shop at Home 52R0 with some Lego magic protecting that skating rink. I have 5 more orders due to arrive tomorrow hoping for the same results. 

The rest of my LEGO Shop at Home backorder promos arrived today.  Good to see the old “keychain” trick still works.

My order of a Razor Crest shipped out on January 13. Arrived in Chicago on January 14. Expected delivery is today.

However, tracking shows it didn't leave Chicago until the 19th (yesterday).  Despite the expected delivery of today, I don't think it's making it.

@Alpinemaps I have the exact same problem. 2 Razor Crests. Stuck in Chicago for 5 days. I contacted Fed Ex today and they ran a trace. He was unable to locate the package. The guy I spoke to said that if it didn’t arrive by Sunday that it was most likely lost and contact LEGO to file a claim. I figured I was screwed. I checked tracking a hour ago and it is now in Billings MT so I’m hopeful.

They will just cancel orders

Another cautionary story of purchasing from VIP Outlet... Picked up 75192 from their website advertised as "Brand New."  Shipped in the original brown Lego box and thankfully survived the trip just fine.  However, the actual Falcon Lego box had all seals cut on one end and had been taped back with packing tape.  Inside the box one of the boxes seals were cut and taped back with packing tape.  Too much risk so sending it back.

First Lighthouse order shipped from Walmart.com

So far, I've had 4 shipping notifications for HS Buses.  8 orders are still pending.  No cancellations (yet.)

 

I've received a lot of shipping confirmations from WM from my purchases yesterday. No cancelations so far.

Same Same and a HP Astronomy Tower arrived from LEGO Shop at Home but it was supposed to be a BO clock tower. I can’t recall ever getting the wrong set from them but I am up $10.

I haven't, but I'm guessing from the question that you did.  How many orders did you place?  I placed 14 back to back before getting distracted by work and haven't had any cancelled.

Still showing "preparing order". In the past, that status for this long has usually meant canceled orders. I placed seven orders. We'll see. 

I placed 50+ orders and have received tracking info for most, if not all, of them.

Check Daily Deals from yesterday.  Some clearance stuff showed up online.

Concerning the WalMart orders, I placed 12 seperate orders.  All had the HS Bus and some had the Disney Castle as well.  Of the 12, only one was cancelled.  On that order, I used some of the $10 GCs from prior LEGO purchases.  That's the order that they cancelled.  And yes, they credited my account for the GCs.  Coincidence?  I doubt it.
