Mine single order got cancelled as well. Will behoove ypu to contact customer service and see how they can help.  I got some perks but i rather have the set at discount.

They just said they ran out and gave me nothing.  I ordered 11/22   Csr her order also cancelled. Lol.

All 3 major retailers still have it in stock, and this set will probably on 30%+ discount again in the near future.

On a side note....I have now got 4 consecutive orders to go through at WM....has anyone else noticed that they loosened the belt a little after they implemented the 2 max limit?

Yes. I've gotten like 10 successive orders to go through at WM. Haven't tried overlapping orders yet

These were the Asian TRU Bricktober sets.  Nicely packaged...a great 4-piece set of mini builds.

$65 Holiday Trains from Wed night at Wallyworld already delivered.

My holiday trains and sanctums also went through. Apparently The Grinch or Scrooge doesn’t work at WM online this time of year. Good news for those of us who have had the hammer drop.

batmobile plus mini and tree are shipped but no VIP points earned. should be easy to get it corrected by the online rep.

What is the status of everyone's late night train, batmobile and docks orders? Mine are still in warehouse.

1 Batmobile/Mini/Tree shipped, everything else still showing In Warehouse, Backordered or Waiting on New Stock.

Got a waiting on new stock for my two disney trains after sitting in processing order. Placed my order in around 12:15pm last night.

Ordered a bunch of PF cables and components during VIP weekend (11/23) to qualify for a Christmas tree. Order shipped on Monday 11/25. Checked back today and tracking still shows FedEx waiting to receive the package. Called TLG and the lady offered to resend the order, minus the GWP, which I agreed to. She couldn't send another tree as they are out. This is all fine provided the original package still somehow turns up, but if it is truly lost, this would be horrible, as I upped quantities just to get the tree. She did throw in a free Mr & Mrs Claus Bhz as a "replacement".

 

Should I call FedEx to check on their end? Anyone any advice on how to deal with this if the tree never shows up?

It may be that FedEx hasnt updated in their system that they have the package. A few years back when LEGO had the Darth Revan promo, one of them got lost in the mail and there were no more to ship so LEGO gave me a couple of free promo minifigs.

I would give FedEx a call. Nothing to lose.

My trains have shipped with tree. Orders placed right around 11:30 pm CST on the 28th.

My Batmobile, mini, and tree have shipped. An order with two Saturn Vs and tree has also shipped. 

Batmobile w/ tree and mini shipped, train w/ tree on backorder, 3*Dragon Boats on back order but xmas tree and city tree pack shipped.

Well 13 orders have shipped, 6 went to backorder and 5 still show in warehouse.  Curious as to how many that haven't shipped yet will actually get any of the promo's.

Ordered some US Capitol's from SAH site and am wondering if I will actually get them?  When I ordered them, they were on backorder so I am assuming I will.   Wouldn't have been an issue if trhe SAH site was actually working like it was supposed too!
