By hypothetical, I mean "I dont know if this should be posted in the ethics thread, so let's pretend it didn't happen"

Would it be unethical to keep all of these boxes?"

Would it be ironic if I had my own learning center that theoretically be in competition with Kaplan, if there were one in town?

If you have the question, you have the answer.

Ask yourself, what if Timmy finds me first?

Better check the boxes for little cameras.

LoL
You've lost me too.
You think they're spying on me?

He probably noticed the 99+ unread mails you have.

Following exciter's camera comment, I was wondering if I was missing something, or if I didn't make myself clear.

This is my spam account. Whenever a business asks me for an email address I always give this one. Somehow it's never empty, even though businesses swear they never share my info.

Who did you email to get this price matching offer ?

When this all first started I sent an email to Amazon CS just letting them know what was going on. I do this whenever I have a shifty feeling regarding an order/seller.

Amazon CS replied back to me with some canned reply that I wasn't happy with. It was one of those replies that just screams copy/paste without actually reading the email.

I replied to that email to let them know that I do not appreciate my concerns not being read and then discarded with a copy/paste reply.

That last email that I posted was their reply. I took them up on the offer.

I sent Gr8OnlineDeals a message asking them about the tracking number already showing delivered.

They responded with the following.

We apologize for the delay in delivering your order to you. Usually all postal shipments are delivered within 8-10 days. It appears that your order was lost during shipment.
We have initiated a full refund to your account. The refund will post to your original payment method within 5 business days or less, depending on your financial institution.
We humbly apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will consider us again for your next purchase.

I assume this is somehow less damaging to their seller metrics?

Apparently, same thing happened to me.  Their feedback is taking a major hit.

Yes, since they refunded you before you could make an AZ claim it will just effect their order completion rate. Losing an AZ hurts your metrics more. Had you started an AZ as soon as you saw the postage was going to a different state you would have had them and possible got them suspended if enough cases were opened. I hate shady sellers.

Make sense. My bad for contacting CS first :(  It gave them an "out" by using lost mail as excuse

I did Amazon chat about the Nexo Knights and told them I wanted to file and A to Z. He said no problem- I hope we can shut this shady seller down.

I also filed complaints with amazon yesterday before the packages were delivered. They even said the seller will be shut down soon after told them the story and pointed out the shady shipping and tracking #'s

I'm just laughing at the Reddit folks that are trying to figure out how they can "force" this seller to provide it.  These guys fleeced a lot of people.

After filing claims with Amazon I complain to them nicely and asked how they can continue to let this seller conduct business under their name and upset Amazon's customers. Long story short I received $50 in promo certificates from Amazon for my troubles =) I never hurts to be nice to the people behind the phones.
