got an order of 2 raptor rampages from Blinq - listed as brand new and with coupon I got both for about $75. They arrived badly damaged with fragile stickers plastered all over them, and one had been opened & taped shut. No thank you. I think I am done trying to find deals at Blinq.

Yup. Been there, done that. Unless it's retired and already selling well, I no longer buy from them...

To my surprise my 75053 Ghost shipped today from Amazon. I didn't have high expectations when I found it for $79.81 last week. Fingers crossed for decent box condition.

There's a similar vendor named "Utome" selling stuff out of China advertised as LEGO too.

I took the plunge too.  Mine are supposed to arrive tomorrow.  I have not ordered sets from China before.  Can a counterfeit claim be filed with Amazon?  Would there be a way to   determine if they are counterfeits?

apparently in this case item isn't even arriving at your door-step (at least in my case). it got sent/delivered to address 360 miles away based on tracking. 

so it was pretty easy to convince CS to file a case to process the refund.

it would be really interesting to see what they are sending in first class package probably a postcard that says "SUCKER"  ? not sure..

Mine were due to arrive by today. No updated tracking info after the initial pickup day in China in 10 days ago. weird. I emailed the seller, he said "he'd look into the tracking info and get back to me"

Got my raptor rampage from Kmart in the mail today..incomplete of course ..  No raptors.. Open bags.. Crushed box that was actually opened.. Good stuff.. No wonder they are on sale !!

It's almost like They knew it was crap.. 75135, and 75137 came very well packaged In a box together.. Raptor set was put in a UPS sleeve box no packing..  outer box was bent badly as well as inner box being already open and bags opened as well as the figs missing... Spoke to my local Kmart and they say bring it in and they will process another one immediately .. But if this is how they will mail it I am skeptical  to sign up for more punishment

Most of mine show up like the first 2 you mentioned.  There are some horror stories on here about folks also receiving curtains, pots/pans, etc. 

The best one is when Bold-Arrow had an order from Toysrus.com and they shipped a box w/ packing slip, but nothing inside.
