what would be the average per month?  This is taking into account...if I am not reselling immediately.

the average person doesn't have 3k to spend on Lego a month .

lets see your first $3k investment stash? then probably we can talk about average spend of BP'er or LEGO investors.

This does not include purchases made on 3/7 and B&N.  Sets. include.  I didnt want to show whole portfolio.  $9,615.  total investments since Nov 2015.  $17,147 current value.  I started activity investing in Legos in November 2015.   56df818c4ae70_ScreenShot2016-03-08at8.49

they were free.  I wouldn't spend $10 bucks on something that just came out and will be around for a while.  Scooby sets on the other hand...I feel are a safe bet.).

At least you already have the rooms to hoard / hide the LEGO sets

True, over 400 rooms total.  But, taking rooms away from inventory would affect ROI.  Need to look for a suitable storage facility.

If I catch a whiff of them while staying at any of his hotels they may go missing like the towels.

(It's a joke btw, I don't steal hotel towels just the complimentary TP ;)
