So, those 4 Tumbler tires and rims I ordered a couple of weeks ago? Somehow Lego screwed up and sent me an envelope with 4 tires and rims and then another envelope with 4 tires and rims. Ka$hing, that's the sound of 4 tires selling out!

I have a question here : Where can I find to buy New sealed minifigure?  I knew there is a random bag or Lego sets including minifigure on amazon.com or ebay , But I just want to buy a specific minifigure. Do they are new and Sealed online? or any store carry them?
