Either Amazon tapped into or take control of a 3p seller inventory  who commingles would be my explanation 

Woke up this morning to two emails from Toys R Us. First said that they were cancelling my Lego Dimensions Sonic Level Pack because they didn't have any in stock. The second said that there was a delay on the A-Wing pilot minifigs I used as filler on that order and that they were having trouble locating them in the warehouse. I expect those will get cancelled soon-ish, as well.
Good thing I grabbed another Sonic level pack "just in case" when I spotted it on the shelf at Wal-Mart on Thursday night.

Too bad. :-(
My A- wing order shipped. Holiday shipping turned into USPS first class with tracking.
All my dimensions orders shipped.

If you're not hunting green arrow at game stop, I think today at TRU with 10% CC & 3 for 20 is best. No?

I found a few dimensions fun packs at Walmart for $3, not listed on app. Scan when you're there.

Tried changing my drug of choice few days ago but the dealer failed to deliver. I received this offer for next time though, I'm sticking with Lego

Toysrus Messed up all my orders with multiple same items.

For example, order 3 LEGO Star Wars Sith Infiltrator (75096) and only one arrived in a huge box.

I have 2 orders like this, called them and they said they need to spend 10 days to look into this.

So mad!!!!!

I did hunt (and found) a Green Arrow at Game Stop yesterday.

The 3 for 20 at TRU was just for the fun packs, and I did grab that deal in-store to add Marceline to my collection. Wal-Mart had the best deal on Level Packs, so I didn't mind grabbing from there for Sonic.

Tell me about it. Toys R Us has the absolute worst shipping department. Last year, I ordered two Lego Ultrasonic Showdown sets and a Grevious Wheel Bike. Instead, they sent me the wheel bike along with two Zoomer Kitties! Well, I flipped the kitties for $120 each but I was still pissed at the time

TRU shorted me one non-Lego item, and when I called it was out of stock. I cringed because I paid with a gift card and have heard horror stories about getting that credited correctly. I did receive two A-wing pilots as ordered, and they just shipped an individual First Order General by itself. Their shipping department is crazy.

I received a Fire Boat instead of a second Deep Sea Exploration Base from the EBay TRU BOGO 40% off sale.  I'm still working through that one.  TRU Customer Service wouldn't help me and told me to deal with EBay.

Does gamestop cover shipping costs for returns?  If my dimension set doesn't come with the green arrow poly, I am definitely returning it.  $16 for the A-Team poly is a little expensive.

My previous experiences with TRU have been fine.. Until today..

This is what I received in my Lego Dimensions order, which was split up into 2 packages, of which this is just the first box...  At first I thought perhaps my wife slipped something into my order, but lo and behold, this was for another customer's order, who lives 90 miles away.  I know because there are 3 different order/packing slips in the box, only 1 of which are mine.  I'd better get the remainder of my Lego dimensions order...  They shorted me 2-3 packs.

All those A-Wing figs that were marked as PICK-UP ONLY (then changed to shipping in cart) shipped!

I ordered a few Vader ties from asda. I ordered all in individual shipments to minimise risk of damage. One by one they came out in their typical crisp solid packaging and then the last one for some reason was a huge box. Instead was a huge cuddly toy. Invoice was correct so a handling error. First time that Asda have messed up an order. So not infallible

my a wing figs and generals all arrived. (the pick up only ones)

I don't have a clue, I bought two Story Packs just to meet the shipping threshold.  I expect we'll see these at 50% off, or more, sometime but I'll be satisfied if I get at least one Green Arrow.

Ordered Thursday before 1PM (PST). Order status is Closed. This isn't looking good.

If there's a store nearby that still has them, I'm thinking I might print the orders and ask if they can replace the missing ones in the order.

Considering some locations hand them out just for asking (w/o purchase), you'd hope this would be justifiable.

I will probably call first.  My closest gamestop is about 20 min away.  My order history says it didn't ship either.  Plus it looks like if I want a refund, I won't get the $6 shipping back either. I am not a happy camper.

I was just going to send gamestop an email and of course I can't even do that.  You have to select a subject but the site is not allowing me to pick a topic....great
