So I ordered two Tumblers from Amazon the other day in order to qualify for free shipping.  However I just received a second shipping notice for my 2 items and investigated to see I actually paid for 2-day shipping ><

 

I must have been in a hurry and placed the order and forgot to change to free shipping.  Anyone else done this? Were you able to contact Amazon and get a refund?  Its very frustrating that when your order qualifies for free shipping, that is not the default shipping option...at least not for me.
