Anyone having issues with TRU CC?

I had two large purchases where I was able to use the no interest financing for 6 months.... But they are charging me interest on these interest free promotional balances. 

 

I guess I'm posting this for two reasons. 

 

1. Check your bills, I understand how this stuff works and TRU is not doing it correctly. I have used the promotional financing on other CCs with no problem before. 

 

2. Has anyone else seen this? I am going to have to call and deal with it today which is a PITA. :-(
