I am somewhat baffled on this one....

I found a Julian Assange discussion thread on the internet that had these postings

The "Fat Man" was the second atomic bomb dropped on Japan. It was a Plutonium Implosion device.

As far as I remember, 'The Fat Man walks alone' was the code for 'Churchill

It's time. Noblesse Oblige.

My guess is one of two things either it is time for the Pet Shop to go also (which would be absolutely unbelievable) OR the Town Hall is the fat man and it has departed on its own.

More as I research.  Ed's postings have gone from cryptic to non sequitor (think star trek episode)

The fat man walks alone....I repeat. The fat man walks alone.

BRB, selling my car and all possessions so I can go all in on this one. I've heard all I need to hear

I think the pet shop is going there was a history of this in fact in the past for people that ran special deals

Hmmm....

Maybe midnight means something like the end of a day normally of course.

Maybe it means the end of 2014 as in 12/31/14 retirement.

Ed if I asked a different way would you say that the level of retirements that are forthcoming are astonishing compared to prior years in terms of the number of  potentially iconic sets at in one 6-12 month period?

True... Was trying to share in hopes of more cryptic answers for members to see.

Anyways

If Cinema Palace came and Fire Brigade went.

If Parisian Restaurant came and Grand Emporium is going.

If Detective Agency is coming and Pet Shop is going.

The outlier then would be Town Hall and maybe as much as I like it, if it was a sales dud and is being taken down like an injured horse

Then the above 3 for 3 logic still applies and thus Pet Shop is on the way out too.

I have 5 TH's now and will look for some Pet Shops to be safe.  Not a ton but continue to diversify portfolio.

What did I miss? What is new about PS at Target??

I think it is that the price has been raised to 212 which is one of the indicators that folks look for the see if a set might be getting close to EOL

Sorry to ruin the party guys, but PS at Target has been that way for a while now.. I think it went to $209 first. Just look back in this thread.

Yeah, but this should not be news for anyone. I don't remember the date, but it has been that way for at least a week.
