Just grabbed from LEGO Shop at Home, B/O Oct 19th.

With the TH back on SAH, it's starting to become a bit risky stock piling them. At least risky for those who need money and can't afford having money tied up. Those who don't have it, you could take two just in case it retires.

I'm thinking the PS is a better buy and worse case, you'll hold that for another year but the returns on that would be huge. The advantage of the PS is that you can build a row of those and make it look like St.Petersburg or some Eastern European city.

Maybe if not too many people order from shop at home then they will just make a small batch to fill back orders, like they did with the Haunted house

That's a smart and safe move. PS is cheaper, takes up less space, and will retire sooner. It's also a better build. I equate the PS to GG.

I think the HH had a flood of orders that weren't filled. The TH should go OOS by now if people were actually interested in this the same way as HH.
