October 12, 201411 yr Received my 2 from Target that I ordered last weekend, both have retaped seals on one side. Probably going to return them. Same exact thing happened to me Friday. Received two TH with cut seals that have been re-taped. All other TH orders before this one have been fine. Will keep one to build and return the other.
October 13, 201411 yr Was at the Pleasanton Lego store this past Saturday and they were out of TH's. The week prior, there were two. I picked one up and left the other. Now I'm thinking I should have bought both.
October 14, 201411 yr Oct 8th order now "In Process". For anyone interested these are still available at walmart.ca as of today.

Any theories or additional rumours on this one? In US, we will now better in mid-November, when 46R4 or 47R4 run will (or will not) be produced. Though they can always just skip one run
October 14, 201411 yr Well it's been sitting in sold out status for a little while now. Even with the backorders being filled yesterday it hasn't been listed for sale again by LEGO and the small amount available to Walmart, Target, and TRU online sold out quickly. Right now it's looking like the last batch was it and LEGO used most of the run to fill backorders, but that could change at any time. Keep an eye on the LEGO website and LEGO retail stores.
