Luckily I was able to place an order for two, but don't add up to my total number yet. I got canceled on SSD and HH before. 

Is it common for sets to come back in stock at LEGO Shop at Home and disappear in less than an hour?

It's interesting to see that the price ratios for the modulars are not the same here (europe).

I mean, most of modulars costed $150 (until the parisian R. at $160).

TH is $200.

Wow eBay is already at $325 minimum for 1 listing, then next is $356 and higher.

SaH UK still has these available with a limit of 5.  Once the 5x HH arrive, I'll take a punt on 5 of these also.

I just got 3 separate tracking orders from the 3 I bought at walmart yesterday. Am I correct in assuming that I will be receiving 3 "label-stuck-direct-to-box-pancaked" sets? If that is the case are they worth keeping?

I have zero Town Hall's and will continue to have zero. I spent the past year loading up on GE, SSD, HH, PS, and TB. I simply don't have any more money to invest in long term holds. I only buy on credit when I can pay it off the same month. I wonder how many are putting these on credit that they will be paying interest on for months to come. 

 

I could start selling now to buy some. Really want to get closer to xmas though. Can't buy everything, this many sets drying up at once makes it tough.

You ain't kidding.  I hit my target on SSD, GE, Sopwith, and T1 but I really missed out on HH and TH with only 1 of each.  Oh well, I guess it's better than none.  Time to start buying more Orthancs and AA.

Don't say this.    I was wary enough just to buy from WM in the first place, I don't need to think about naked TH's coming my way.  I did have them shipped to store and haven't had an issue with that in the past, but you never know.

it'll be funny if all 3 modulars gone by the end of this year (GE, PS, TH), maybe they just moved the inventory to B&M stores to satisfy walk-in people who aren't as lazy as I am. lol
