I messed up on ebay is there a frog in the house?

Featured Replies

hoping the frog is available or any others for help. ok here's my snafu.

Minifig sold (through ebay), some how wrong paypal address got attached.  The one listed with the item

goes nowhere because it's an email address not linked to any paypal account.  buyer noticed payment wasn't going through

(stuck in pending). then offered to send payment to correct paypal account, given by text (I know ebay doesn't want you to do

this and won't protect) I received payment no problem there.  The problem is I can't mark the item as paid and buyer is worried.

As long as I don't open a case up for nonpayment should the buyer be ok or will they be "dinged" for not paying (even though

they did)

They should be fine as long as you don't have your eBay settings to open a case automatically after a certain number of days. It's been a long time since I've sold anything not immediate payment required, so I'm not sure why it won't let you mark the item paid.

thanks you're the best

problem resolved if a mod or god wants to delete this thread :)
