I did. She says she is out of selling instructions. Her bricklink store is closed, ebay link nothing and if you read recent posts on her blog. 

Its a bummer as my estate sale purchase has all the pieces just no instructions. I messaged her but she said she cant help.

She can't even send you the digital file?

If she can't even help with that, try posting to Reddit and telling them the story. Or probably even EB. That might be better. I'm sure there's already a thread about the build over there.

I would try both, and just mention that the original author isn't able to help anymore.

Speaking of old modulars- does anyone have instructions to the record store?

Exact same problem as elk. All the pieces nicely shrink wrapped, but no instructions.

Contacted brickbuilders and they are not producing instructions or the stickers.
