I'm almost done with my Avengers Tower Modular.  I'm happy with the structure, now just need to finish the interior a little more.  I used probably 3 76038 sets, then bricklinked the rest.

Love the design with the giant window walls. Only thing sticking out is that green floor on the ground level. Might take some serious re-working to add 1 plate of depth to everything at the bottom to cover that up though. Doing so would also allow you to "fix" those spots on the rounded corners that meet the baseplate. Just my constructive criticism. It's very nice work, love seeing BP's customs!
