FBA Inventory...Just straight whacky

Featured Replies

Any other FBA sellers had anything crazy happen with their inventory?

Before Christmas they added 6 units of lost unexpected gathering to my account (which I never sent).

About a month ago I woke up to 95 AT-TEs in my inventory..... I contacted them and explained the "issue" they removed a few and said the rest were mine however they appreciate my honesty in the regard.

Today they have "software corrected" some of my inventory and removed items which I actually sent them. I'm not going to throw a fit obviously, but it seems strange.

I have seen them "correct" my inventory multiple times when I don't think there is anything to be corrected...

Am I the only one in this boat?

FBA's inventory system is kind of terrible.  They are constantly misplacing or damaging or not correctly receiving my items.

can you get those sent back to you? ;)

Without saying too much, let me just say that the inventory receive process is not always 100% accurate, and is sometimes constantly getting corrected. This goes for FBA as well.
