New case study detailing some of TLG's decision making processes

Harvard Business Review Press just published a book (newly listed on Amazon Feb 11th, 2014), written by two consulting executives of Red Associates, who work with Fortune 100 corporations to improve their decision making processes and their understanding of their customer base.

One of the companies they consulted with was TLG.

The wording is a little vague, but I think the book includes a case study of their time working with TLG.  The following is an excerpt from Amazon:

Through compelling case studies and their direct experience with LEGO, Samsung, Adidas, Coloplast, and Intel, Madsbjerg and Rasmussen will show you how to solve problems as diverse as setting company direction, driving growth, improving sales models, understanding the real culture of your organization, and finding your way in new markets.

I haven't read this book yet, but I would be interested to hear back from anyone who does.

If anyone finds a PDF, preview, or a really good discount on this book, please let me know.

It would be interesting to read about the thought process of TLG and what they've been focusing on this past year. Who knows, they might even mention resellers.
