Ouch. I know a lot of people hate on Verizon but I've never had any problems with them and have gotton excellent service from them whenever any issue came up. I'm about ready to give their internet a try just to rid myself of Comcast. I ditched cable several years back but Comcast is the only internet provider in my area so I'm kinda stuck with them.
