Lol, I thought you guys knew what figure it was after I mentioned it was from TMNT  :whistle: .

On the side note, since when do the Ninja Turtles need clothes ?  Also, if it is so cold that Donatello need a jacket, how come he does not wear pants ?  Are the Turtles developing Donald Duck envy ?

I don't know; why is it okay for all the guy characters in cartoons to not wear pants yet the women always have a dress, shorts, or something else on?
