Given the range of ship dates, I would guess there might be 37R4 run, which probably means september 1st it would still be orderable. But this is just my guess. Just considering how long TLC was able to hold GE as orederable for last few days.

If they follow the pattern, GE should retire this year, and PS a year later. For that reason, we're focused on GE as we have another year to worry about PS.

I picked up 5 GE from the lego website, I have seal 27R4, is this likely the last batch?

27R4 is the latest known so far. Given that the prior run was 18R4, and considering ship date at LEGO Shop at Home, we could probably assume that 27R4 is not the last batch, and there is very likely going to be 36R4 or 37R4 run

GE is likely to be more desirable in that it is also a corner building.
