I was checking the Canadian site, so it seems their distribution is the same as ours down here. When we go to sold out, they are also sold out. Either we share the same distribution or the Canadians also loaded up with us on the emporium.

Same distribution channel.

When I order mine, they come from Missouri more often than not.

This is typical.  You should get it in my experience.

"typical" as in "this is expected email when you order something that says oos, ships in 30 days, or oos, ships on date X"

So it seems like US buyers would nab everything while Canadians are left in the dust. Cool. Now we can start selling to Canada for $300 a piece. :)

ChrisJB, you talk about Canada/Canadians a lot haha. Just don't take our GE stock at Tru.ca :P

It's called price comparing. I look at Australia and they're just too far for me to sell to. I tried to buy two from TRU ca and they rejected my order. There were some SSDs at $499 and with our exchange, we'd be doing pretty good but TRU said they can't ship to me which sucked.....I find that Australian supply goes out of stock first all the time and selling down there is the best.

Another round of GEs at sah usa..

I was going to post an update last night but you beat me to the punch.  Right before you posted this update I just randomly checked the LEGO Shop at Home website to see if they had any GE's in stock and they did.  I bought one more so now my total is up to two.  I so wanted to buy another but I'll wait like a month to accumulate more funds and also so I don't get banned for ordering too many a couple days apart.

Scoring two GEs at retail with some VIP points (and hopefully a few bonus polybags) right before it was speculated to go end of life is a very timely investment.  Personally, I wouldn't press your luck.  I've ordered three from Shop at Home, all this year, and I'm not going for 4 or 5 even though I've had ample opportunity to do so.

Save up some cash and wait a month or two.  Who knows, they might just pop up on Amazon or you'll have enough money in the bank to get yourself a SSD, if you agree that it is a winner.  Better yet, they come back for one last run during 2-3x VIP points in Oct/Nov.

Did you get one?  How many do you have so far?  I'm hoping they pop up now and then before the year is over.  I just feel the need to get one more.  I may want to keep one for myself and then save the other two for later.

Yep, got the VIP points and the two Shredder polybags.  I'm very stoked about that.  If they have one last run in Oct./Nov. then that would be perfect.  That is enough time to save up $$$ and a long enough gap to order some more.  I'll tread lightly ordering from LEGO Shop at Home for the rest of the year for sure.

i ordered my 11th of the year yesterday.  couldn't bring myself to order any more today.

really want to snag a bunch of those micro-cooper poly's next month.

i bet it pops up several more times as ban hammer and rejected credit cards come down.

I got only one recently from SAH. If there is no new production run, I would think this in and out will continue to at least July 27. After that all bets are off

Ed, in your experience have they ever shipped the polybag promotional item but then cancelled the order?  Once the polybag ships and you get confirmation you should be good to go for your entire order, right?

I am just wondering how many pieces are being produced with one production run. My GE from Czech i received yesterday was produced by June 2014. So if they did 1000 or 5000 pieces it will take a while and probably export them to USA.

11 all from SAH? I want those Mini polys too but didn't want to risk it if GE is gone by then.

I picked up 3 from the Lego store two weeks ago and placed an order for 2 more this morning, we'll see how it goes. Would hate to be banned but man I need these GEs lol

I'm not Ed, but I do play Ed on TV.

Happens a lot.

I just got my promo shipped while GE on back order.

May 3rd, 12:01 am got my order in for Malevolence and a skiff.. Got the skiff and the Revan (one of 13) and the Malevolence was cancelled weeks later.

Not necessarily. During The Great Big Zoo and Vampyre Hearse Debacle, people got tons of manhunter polys without actual order being ever shipped

So the polybags end up being free?

So the polybags end up being free?

Yup.  I got a bunch of martian manhunter figures for free due to cancelled orders (stupid vampyre hearses).
