Storage bags?

For space savings sake, I fit as many lego sets into cardboard boxes and write the inventory on the outside, then shelve them.

I guess my question is before I box them, is there something I can seal them in to protect them further?

Any comments or links to storage articles would be most helpful.

    I just use those clear or blue recycling 13 gal bags. They're not archival grade. Does that matter? Anyone know? I'm fighting dust more than anything else. Ziploc also sells larger sized zip close bags. You could fit an Orthanc in them. But they're expensive. Soap.com is running a 20% off Ziploc sale right now...
