January 30, 201411 yr Anyone know what these go to? They have lego etched in the bottom, but no numbers!!
January 30, 201411 yr Solution Hmmm, I'm not 100% sure since the following link's pics are not as good as I hoped to make an accurate match. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=3230a&in=S Seems like those are your pieces.
January 31, 201411 yr As the other two pointed out, the oldest & first train sets Lego released had blue tracks for whatever reason. I wonder if making the tracks colored blue was just easier for them instead of doing so in gray or some other color, or maybe they simply thought the setup looked better (more toylike) that way?
January 31, 201411 yr I've got about a gazillion of them, but half are ridged like Tonysbricks showed and the other half are smooth like M4x18 linked to (also have those old school red wheels). Must have a small train set in there somewhere and then the expansion set! Now just gotta find out which one of those 23 sets it's from The lego sets in this latest lot I bought span nearly 50 years, it has to be multi-generational!
