I'm out of town on business, and the local ToysRus has a ton of great sets....Helms Deep, 4 Vampyre Castles, numerous retired sets. But, they are all so far over retail. I've never seen anything like it. HD is $149.99. Vampyre Castle is $119. Hoth Echo Base is $119. Lone Ranger Train is $109. Uruk-Hai Army is $49

 

I realize why this store has just about everything still on the shelf. Just trying to figure out how to get them for less.

For the train, you should be able to PM Target since it is in stock.

Anything else, you will have to wait for a Lego sale, but it looks like next week it will be 20% off City/Creator/Movie sets

Tempting, but if they are a TRU manager, you never know what you could catch.... 

all three of my tru's have them all except only 1 has the hd. id pass on all of that.

My local TRU is always spot-on with retail pricing, and rarely has anything on the shelf. I didn't know this was the norm.

I was at a TRU today and they had the Lone Ranger Constitution Chase for $134.99!!!  Now that Christmas is over, it seems TRU is back in full ripoff mode.  Even their Movie Series Collectible Minifigures are $3.99.  That is downright shameful.
