January 28, 201411 yr You have to use Chrome! LOL All kidding aside, looks like it will be one of those things where you can kill time for a long time.
January 29, 201411 yr Via the Google Chrome Blog, here is a video for the new "Build with Chrome" software.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4TIkhm2tWc
January 29, 201411 yr Chrome is not required I was messing around in it just fine with my firefox browser....it does require a lot of bandwidth so downloads are a no go.... Pretty cool idea even if it is just basic bricks....will be interesting to see in a couple months when the world is populated with builds. There are some builds out there....first one I found was a....ahem, male anatomy lesson.....then just some houses..... Coolest one I found was up in new york, a 2d space invaders frame...loved it!
January 29, 201411 yr Did anyone see this announcement yesterday: http://techland.time.com/2014/01/29/google-chrome-launches-virtual-lego-land/ Short version: You can make virtual build's and even share them out on google map's. Start building It is a bit of fun, basic pieces and color palettes. My only issue is that cursor has a ghosted brick attached to it and can get in the way while rotating. Hope this topic fits in this category, since this is more of a virtual building space.
