has anyone had any experience from buying from poppunkmunky? looking at some minifig wondering about quality.

Never bought from them, but those minifigs look great, and that feedback score doesn't lie.  Over 10,000 ratings and still 100% positive!  That's impressive!

I agree these look pretty good.  But I have to ask...is this legal?

 

How is it this guy can make money using these copyrighted characters?  Doesn't Lego have to pay big $$$ to use licensed characters?   With this many sales he isn't exactly flying under the radar.

 

I ask because I have the equipment to do this and have some customs I would like to create but have been holding back figuring the lawyers are going to come knocking the minute I put them up on ebay.

 

If anyone here has some experience or special knowledge on the subject I would love to hear it!

Eventually when he gets big or turns into a huge company he will prob. get sued for all the money he made selling these. Prob. Just waiting for him to rack up huge profits before sueing him for all hes worth lol

If hes not paying royalties to the companies who own the copyright .. its no different than selling counterfeits
