Have an opportunity to buy as many as I want for 2.99 plus tax.  Purchased 21 already, probably another 50-75 available.

I guess it depends where you can sell them. If its only online with fees then I'd pass but if you can sell them at shows, craigslist, etc without any fees then maybe.

Not gonna get a big return. Kmart mysteriously had boxes of these show up in my area AFTER Christmas. I am waiting for them to get clearanced.

At $2.99 I just don`t see much value here. One major drawback is no minifig. Yes some polybags are worth a decent amount without them, but in this case, you`re not really looking at an iconic ship (IMHO). It isn`t a TIE Fighter, and it doesn`t really seem to offer too much. Kind of bland to be honest. All this to say that it is probably best to pass unless you can get them cheap, say under the $2 mark, preferably $1.50 or less. If no one buys them, it`s a safe bet to expect clearance on them at some point in the future. If you`ve bought 21 already, that`s probably more then enough, I`d try and flip them asap to get your money out. 

These are at my Kmart right now as well for $2.99. 2 big boxes full and have not moved since before Christmas. I will buy a few if they go on clearance.
