So did anybody actually receive this yet? Today's the last day of the shipping estimate, so I'm thinking of filing a claim tomorrow.

After the empire. Or someone messed up their bricklink order.

  • Not even in the same ballpark.

  • Little update. I did 7 order for the 400 part missing. Cost me 80 euros of part and something like 50 euros of shipping and fees... I think I have one order for 1,5 euros of part and 6 euros of s

no reply. I'm going to file a claim tomorrow on this.

Haven't gotten mine either. Gonna give them till Monday, at that point I'll be making phone calls. If this turns out to be a scam, this seller is in for a serious amount of negative feedback. Alot of us bought these, plus who knows how many others. I'm guessing enough complaints at once about this will bring about their ouster from the Amazon marketplace.

Yeah, likely.  Mine's now 2 days past the delivery window for what that's worth.  Will give it a couple more as life does come up, but doubting this one's gonna happen.

Filed a claim today.  It can take up to 2 weeks for amazon's a-z guarantee to process your claim so I would go ahead and file now, you can always retract your claim "if" the item does eventually arrive.

I guess this one might have been one of those too good to be true cases.

It is strange. I wonder if this is one of those cases where they went through another vendor, marked it as shipped because they were told the shuttles were going out, but then it never happened.

marking the item as shipped coupled with not responding to emails just makes the transaction look shady.  Not the mention the odd way these were being put up for sale.

I'm just glad it was rather painless to have this taken care of by Amazon.  This seller is probably in for a wave of bad feedback.

Maybe you can do like the end of Jay and Silent Bob Strikes back and find their address and beat the crap out of them all.

Im in

maybe the seller needed a short loan?  Amazon does pay a few days after items ship...

BTW, i was just issued a full refund after only sending the seller a message asking to provide proof it was shipped. didn't even need to file a claim.

Just sent them another e-mail with the "give me the tracking number or I'll file a claim" ultimatum.  I'll let everyone know if it goes anywhere.

Wow, this is disappointing, I guess its pretty evident at this point that these are not being shipped. Time to head to Amazon to file for a refund.

Got a refund before I even had to file the claim..

I sent an email to him.  I spoke to an Amazon rep that said that they would have to wait 3 days to file an A-Z guarantee.

Really a bummer.  I was excited about this deal.
