Check if you have any other special offers with your order. If you do, you might have to take them off since TRU doesn't combine offers.

I was attempting to get the free darth maul mini. Maybe that is the problem. Well, now the stupid site is treating me like a new customer. Doesn't give me the option of selecting existing customer. I hate tru :(

I agree. They have some good stuff, like the Darth Maul minifig, but at their marked up prices, I don't think their "deals" are really deals...

Well, I removed the free minifig and I still do not get free shipping. The lego sets I put in the cart specifically say "use tru card" get free shipping. WTF! The description says to select the Tru card which is a mastercard but doesn't allow you to specifically select the card. I wonder if that is the problem. Also, I bought some items on the 6th and my reward points for that have not showed up either. Does anyone have a tru card? If so, could you please see if you can get free shipping.
