I'd like to have your opinion. 

 

I just bought a new cafe corner for 450 euro = 612 $ (including shipping costs). The only problem i see is the condition of the box:

 

What do you guys think?

In my opinion it's still a nice deal.

    The cheapest Euro Cafe Corner on Bricklink is 1299.00 out of Holland.  It has sold for as high as 2444.44 Euro, so who knows.

    I was asking because of the condition of the box. I know that it is a good deal but i wanted to hear some opinions on this one.
