March 30, 2018. This is a date that will forever be remembered. I can get a little emotional at times. As an adult, there are a few instances when I've shed a tear. I cried when my son was born. I cri

Today I tried something different and set up a Lego booth at a local indoor flea market that is held three times per year. I advertised on local Facebook buy/sell groups for about a month leading up t

lotr minifigure and clone trooper poly. to someone in russia though - i've seen people who have excluded shipping to russia. any reason for that?

Market Street for $ 800 (used)

Nice!

Just got in the Cafe Corner I got (missing figs and pieces). I found all the pieces for it for about $35 so I am in $510 on it. Hoping to get $700 or so if I clean it up really nice.

Sold 1x LEGO Heroica Waldurk Forest #3858 for $17.99. The turnover was less than 30 days.

Those are my favorite. I like holding stuff but there is nothing more invigorating in the world than buying something and selling it to a guy down the road for double what you paid. Lol

My 3438 sold today for $124.75 (paid $65). Mixed feelings, I like the little feller. :-D

Lego made a McDonald's?!

Why wasn't I told about this? Who's in charge here?!

I was pretty surprised, too! It was one of my very first Lego buys to flip - I was up at 4 a.m. (my entire household tends to be nocturnal, though we try to keep a "somewhat" normal schedule for mostly business reasons, but a couple nights per week I succumb) scrolling through eBay auctions and came across it. Cross checked the going bid with the current solds and thought I might luck out. I did. :-)

Sold in the past few days:

Black Pearl $160

QAR $180

Jedi Duel $20

King's Carriage $40(sealed)

All others were 100% from a lot I purchased, got 40% my money back in 2 sets(out of 50)

Sold my last clone trooper poly.

Wonder if I should buy another Star Wars theme set to get another clone trooper and the Christmas set. There isn't really anything I like anymore though, to hit $100.

A 6379 Riding Stable

6380 Hospital

6385 Fire Station

6685 Fire Helicopter

And a 6886 Galactic Peace Keeper, which was the small but went for the highest price :)

Sold a sealed 10174 AT/ST for $250 yesterday.  Bought for $100 10 months ago, I should have cleaned that guy out, but was buying too many other things to focus on a single set I thought was going to jump in value.

Sold my 10144 sand crawler. Bought it three weeks ago for $105. Sold it yesterday for $270. Used, but 100% complete with box and manuals. Great deal.

I have one up on ebay right now for $250, kind of surprised it has lasted this long.  I had the box for it, but it was too beat up to figure it was worth keeping, maybe I should have held onto it.

I listed mine at $250 and got two bids to bring it to $255. I charged $15 for shipping which made the total $270. The box I have is not in great shape either, but it is there. Also, the manual has a few pages loose from the binding ( but all pages are present). I only listed it once and got my first bid within a few days. He just paid for it this morning. Maybe I just got lucky he chose mine. It sounds like yours is very similar. It will sell. Just be patient.

^^ I have sold 2 Sandcrawlers w/o box for $290 F/S. Might be worth a shot if you are willing to wait a little longer.

Anyway, sold Cafe Corner yesterday

Always keep the box!. I have sold several sets with completely destroyed boxes (factory sealed bags) and people pay the same price as a MISB one most of the time. With used sets you make it more likely that someone will buy it from you rather than one w/o box, IMO.

Its a good thing you sold it before the government made you change the menu and force your customers to eat "healthier".
