What Lego set did you sell today and for how much?

Featured Replies

i agree with excite. lets not turn this good thread into a stick measuring contest.

sometimes too much information is just overkill and can cause problems (e..***. jealously).

i do like the idea about posting sold prices because it gives members a gauge of what sets are going for until the price guide is updated next.

The pissing match is a good point.

Maybe we can add a "how much did you lose on an ebay or amazon lego sale today?" thread. :)

We can compete to be the best or worst of those reports.

Separate but related I'm cleaning out my tumblers at cost, I just do not want the risk of holding these things seeing LEGO Shop at Home Europe now being in stock (I think someone said in Europe). The boat of them may be on the way.

Lol, "The Best of the Worst". Now there's a title I have a legitimate shot at!

I think Tabby and his city sets may have that one all wrapped up.

Or possibly emazers with his epic dragons, from what I've read on the forums anyways!

SW Emperors Palpatine's Shuttle (8096), finally sold my last set for $140 CAN plus a little shipping fee.  After Amazon fees still good profit since purchase price was a nice discount.  The cool minifigs carried this set.

I made my very FIRST sale ever!  Sold a handful of polybags on Bricklink (IronMan, Martian Manhunter and Lake Town Guard).  Wow, does that feel good.

Congratulations--here's to many more.

In the last 10 days or so:

Cargo Truck @ 38.95 (paid 9.50)
Space Center @ 128.95 (paid 42)

Mia's Bedroom @ 19.99 (paid 7)

Sold a couple SpongeBob Heroes of the deep 3815 for 29.95 + ship on amz this week. These were $7 at walmart in Jan.

Have some more sponge stuff but I'm going to wait a couple more weeks. Underseas party is almost at $100, just want a little more  :victory:

Congrats.... Amazon?

No, not yet.  Just starting with BrickLink for now.  Hoping to start out slow and learn the ropes of shipping before I get into Amazon / FBA.

Thank you everyone!

Careful, that feeling is highly addictive. Congrats.

Are you not an eBay person?

Doing some organizing today...out with the old, in with the new.

We have a "what did you not buy today" thread, maybe we need a "what did you not sell today" thread also.

My calculator says yes to these two, but my hoarding heart says no, just can't do it...too nice of a set...my preeeciousss:

Lego Yoda UCS 7194 for $400.  Sealed in box.  Box showed shelf wear but at this point money is needed so time for this one to go.  I had sold one earlier in the year for $325  so I was happy to get $75 more  for this one.

It is to the point I know I will never open many of the sets I have and it is sitting inside a box in my basement so better someone else gets it who wants it.

I hope they enjoy it.
