March 30, 2018. This is a date that will forever be remembered. I can get a little emotional at times. As an adult, there are a few instances when I've shed a tear. I cried when my son was born. I cri

Just when I think things have started to slow after the Halloween holiday buying frenzy going on (it is one of the biggest of the year for people to buy stuff I believe).

I was wondering as it had been 24 hours since I sold something, OK maybe there will be a little lull before Thanksgiving.  Then I sell another $1500 worth of product in less than 24 hours.  Crazy.

I think I am getting symptoms of EBSWD (eBay Seller Withdrawal), sold one thing while I slept and now that its been a few hours and have not sold something I am longing for the ching on my iPhone eBay app.  It is almost addicting as participating on this site.

Good times.  Hope everyones sales is continuing to pick up!

hahahah...that's my wife.  "It's been days since we've sold any Mixels.  The market is dried up!"

Then we sell a whole bunch of sets over the last few days, and she's happy again.

At least yours is happy at some point.  All I hear (no matter how many I sell) "GET THOSE DAMN MIXELS OUT OF MY LIVING ROOM!"  "PICK UP YOUR MIXELS" and "HOW MANY DAMN CONTAINERS OF THOSE MIXELS DO YOU HAVE??!?"

Sold 1 7570 Prince of Persia "The Ostrich Race" NIB for $17+shipping. I believe this was the very first Lego set I bought to begin the changing from Hasbro to Lego collecting/reselling. Got it for $10 way back at Marshalls. I may shed a tear...

40082 holiday set for $50

Hohohoho

Now that is what I like to see (Hohohoho)

I can't believe these sets are rising so well (or I can).

The values of 40082 & 40083 tanked over the summer on ebay as I remember.

I may have to pull out my only set and sell it if it keeps going up. :)

that must be the wonder of the buy-box :)

#40083 has not appreciated that much.. most likely because of the number of sets that are available.. this serves as a historical guidance for the toy shop :) ......

So, undercut you to maximize the product I'm moving?

Well that was set 3 of 4, if you let me sell the one more set then you all can corner the market. (Joke)

By the way I have 8 full sets of series 2, do you all think they will climb?

Not sure if I should get another 4-8 sets of them while I can...

This is my month to finish out my Series 2 set goals. They are starting to get scarce at the major retailers. Brown and Orange are still hanging around, but not in large numbers. Blue are pretty much gone.

I've got Legoland California to buy from. They still have plenty of most of the bags, but one of the blue is nowhere to be found. I plan on hitting them up I the next week to get to my goals (>10+) so I can be ready for the holidays.

Is it the flurr that's hard to find? 45011 ?

Quick flip on a used 7992 Container Stacker (missing instructions).  Picked up for AU$20 on Sunday at a Flea Market - was missing 3 parts (which I was able to replace out of a bulk lot I'm sorting) and sold via a Facebook buy & sell group for AU$50 shipped.  Should about double my money after PayPal fees and postage.

Is it the flurr that's hard to find? 45011 ?

For me yes its been flurr. Need about a dozen more to finsih the rest of my blue sets

I personally stocked up on 41509.  I *think* it's because I had trouble finding that particular Mixel at Legoland California, while they had the other 8 in stock.  There's almost literally a wall of Mixels, and on multiple occasions, I could only pick two of the three Blue tribe.

Whenever I see 41509, I pick that one up.  So, I have the most of that one.  Interestingly enough, looking over my inventory, the one I have the least of, in the Blue tribe, is 41511.  I must feel like I can pick that one easily.  I only need 4 more of that one to hit my goal for Blue tribe.  After I fill my Blue tribe needs, I'll start filling out the other sets, probably Orange before Brown.  No particular reason - I think I like Orange over Brown.

Yesterday sold 9395 for $75 on Kijiji, today sold a lot of 79007, 70703, 70705, 60046 and 9395 for $310 to a grandma (!) also on Kijiji. She is accompanied by her daughter (should be) and had driven to Montreal for this deal. Of course they have other more important thing to do in Montreal but apparently Lego is one of their purpose.
