March 30, 2018. This is a date that will forever be remembered. I can get a little emotional at times. As an adult, there are a few instances when I've shed a tear. I cried when my son was born. I cri

Not sure... and I might have made a little more had I held on toward Christmas, but the proverbial bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

Sold a used mostly complete 4709 HP Hogwarts Castle for $100+shipping on EBay

Sold my boss 2x 8015 Assassin Droids Battle Packs and a 7669 Anakin's Jedi Starfighter all used complete for $40.

Traded two Hogwarts Castle Harry Potter and the manual to a fellow Brickpicker.

Sold ten $99 10227s for $195 each after fees. This was a tough decision but decided to use the money and storage space for other things. Luckily, I still have 7 left in-case the set remains at 40% CAGR in year 2 after retirement. (I'm using $160 as my basis since that was the "market price" when it retired). Of course, the true CAGR calculated off MSRP is nowhere near 40%. It's about 3.5%.

If you want to discuss more about 10227, please refer to my post in that thread.

79003 Unexpected Gathering for $119 to international buyer. Don't ask me why, but I'll take it!

Because it was cheaper for me to buy it for $$$ ^^

No just kidding but for some international buyers it still might be! (at the time of purchase)
