Neither did I which is why I didn't start to buy in earnest until I saw empty shelves and sold out online retailers. There wasn't quite enough meat on the bone to make it worth cleaning out B&N at 20% off, though.

Finally sold my last 75049 Snowspeeder (2014 set, retired December 2015).

Bought late 2015 for €40 when I knew it was retiring and expected it to go up with the AT-AT hype, or maybe people wanting it to add to the Assault on Hoth set as additional Snowspeeder. Demand for it never grew, so I'm glad I got rid of it now for €58.

4x4 Crawler is not a turd. It is a nice set and if your buy-in was low enough there is still enough flesh on the bone for a week of groceries.

Regarding 41106 Popstar Tour Bus --- it's not moving here in The Netherlands. Even at €50, which is rather below the RRP of €65, there's no demand.   I only got a single offer to take one off my hands for €45. I didn't respond.  

Sold too much to list in the run up to Christmas but finally shut down my dispatching yesterday until the 27th.

Biggest surprise has been 21107 Minecraft Micro World The End. I bought these when I first got into investing on clearance at £5 each. I did think they were turds last year because they weren't shifting even at £20. This year sold 4 in the space of 48hrs at £35 just 2 left now.

Other performers have been Creator 3 in 1 red creatures at up to £40 buy in £7 (good time to sell them with a similar set coming in 2018), Hailfire Droids at £40 Buy In £11 and Lego Elves Siras Air Gliders £10 buy in £1.65

Sorry if way off topic.  Had sold a sw set priority mail. Got lost 5 days and finally en route.  Buyer says already bought on amazon to get before Xmas.  Should I have buyer refuse shipment or take it back to post office and mail back to me.  I called local post office and they said refuse it so recipient doesn’t have to pay but it takes longer on way back.  My friend says the return is not guaranteed.  I thought it would still be tracked.  Anyone with advice and suggestions.
