What Lego set did you sell today and for how much?

Since we have the buying thread, I thought we could have a selling thread too. Let guys, and girls, let others know sets they have moved, maybe returns that they realized and the timeframe it took to get there. If this is lame, well, I guess it will fall to the depths of the forum, here goes. Sold a sealed 7199 IJ Temple of Doom for $200, purchased for $115 6 months ago I have others, but this is just to give you an idea.

I knew I should've stocked up on more of those speed champions. But their boxes or so flimsy! I hate those cheap boxes.

I always had a feeling series 1 speed champions would do well ( first of an ongoing series, popular theme, stickered to death so no-one wants pre owned)  Got quite a few stocked but tempted to hold a bit longer. Trevi is doing great in UK and selling for £70 unfortunately White House and Lincoln memorial not so much.

41071 Azari and the Magical Bakery for $90 buy in was $22

75909 Speed Champions McLaren for $33 buy in was $10

Wish I had bought more of the Elves and less of the Speed Champions. ?

Local sale : Really nice used 7140 X-Wing Fighter complete no box for $25 .I gave the guy a good deal. I may have gained future repeat buyer though.

A couple Series 9 Mixels for $13 shipped buy-in was $4.

Would you say these are your low months in Lego sales? This past month has been my worst since September. (Independantly of the 'All Lego sales are going down' speech).

This is traditionally the slow period of the year. That said, I did about $1k more in sales this past April than 2016. I attribute a lot of that to earning TRS status though.

End of April slowed some for me, compared from Feb and March, but I also pulled a lot of my loose brick out of my inventory as I've been shifting to selling primarily sealed sets. I also raised the prices on many of my sets as I felt more confident in what I was doing and didn't need to undercut so much to get a sale. But since May started my sales have increased again. At my new higher prices =)

I'm still pretty new to this, been open just over a year now, But certainly having a higher feedback score helps, and I'm seeing more frequent customers buying from me in bulk. It's not clear if my new strategies are working or just my good customer service is driving the sales. Maybe a combo of both. I'm happy though.

Shrewd sleuthing or witty rapport?
Either way, respect the mini-VW. Saved my BrickLink store, and my marriage. =)

As I recall you're fairly new to BL, or maybe just FL. But still,
Wouldn't mind some feed back. I think it's still a mess, even though I've cleaned it up quite a bit. Trying some new stuff. Wouldn't mind hearing what sticks out to you. What annoys, etc. PM is fine.

4 75049 Snowspeeder $52 each. Not bad considering I just picked them up a week ago.

Sleuthing. Definitely respecting the VW. I saw the post the other day with the pic of the big and mini side by side and really wanted one. Wanted to see what you're asking for them.

I suspect a remake is not far off. Got burned by the Snowspeeder remake. Not doing that again.

Just sold 8098 (Clone Turbo Tank) for £144.99, 4 days after paying £75 for it. Ebay had a £1 FVF promo too!
