March 30, 2018. This is a date that will forever be remembered. I can get a little emotional at times. As an adult, there are a few instances when I've shed a tear. I cried when my son was born. I cri

I saw that on the news tonight.  Very sad for all those neighborhoods.

It is. At the same time, Canadians have come together to look after each other. Red Cross reported Canadians have donated $11M to date to help those affected. We are raising money at work tomorrow, I will be donating a portion of my budget that I plan to spend on May 4 specials. One less Lego set for me but might mean a lot to someone else at this time.

Sold a Republic Gunship 75021 at $450 CAD and Imperial Star Destroyer 75055 at $400 CAD today

Where are you finding these buyers?  Those are insane prices!

Sold 28x cpt America motorcycles for $7.50 a piece on BL. Just posted them this morning. Will have to try to get more tomorrow.

Sold a ISD 75055 on ebay £180 shipped with 50% off FVF.  This was though the GSP as well, so the buyer payed more... Its creeping up nicely

I had one listed @ £175 at the same time.

Always bugs me when I see sets selling for more than I have listed, suppose it would make a nice change if it was my own sets trumping me :thumbsu:

Have they really fallen that low already?

I have had them up on ebay for a hot min now and they haven't gone anywhere...I got a decent buy in and figured why not...doubled my money after fees in a matter of weeks so off they go and on to the next one.

Have a little bit of respect for the buyers, please. By calling the prices they paid "insane" you are taking a shot at many users/collectors on this site. At least that's what I was told...

Funny guy.

I think I conveyed the content of the argument I was confronted with earliet quite fittingly in this context. So nothing funny about it unless the original argument itself was in fact funny, too, I'd say.

You must have a lot of free time.  i don't think my comment was disrespectful towards anyone and I stand behind my question.  Those are insanely high prices for recently retired sets, even higher than red5/tumbler.  I am a user of this site and a collector!

please ignore my posts going forward.  Thank you!

Please ignore the drama. There was nothing wrong with your post or question.

Sold 2 sets of Escape from the slug; FO stormtrooper and Hoth posters for just over £250 each with 75% reduced eBay fees due to recent promotion.
