That's good news. I just found one sitting on a shelf at Wal-mart yesterday. Did a sweep behind various other sets just in case there were more. 

Sold 3 of my last 4 Raptor Escapes over the weekend for $100 CDN each on Amazon (or about $80 after fees and shipping). Got these as part of Bricktober so if you account for the value of the freebies I consider these to be a 100% return in 6 months.

Is it time to start a, "What did you not sell at any price today?" thread? I figured that Ninjago Airjitzu Flyers were going to flood the market since the TRU giveaway, but wow. I can't give these things away. I think I found my Toys for Tots donation for this year!

I bet those are an xmas hold. But I'm keeping the few I have for bday gifts.

Speaking of donations, we helped our school with a fundraiser towards the American Cancer Society.  It always feels good to give back.

 

 

My first, unplanned, foray into vehicle/minifig part-outs: After buying a 75102 Poe's X-Wing from Amazon for $76 shipped, found a better offer a week later from KMart for $63 shipped. Contemplated returning the one from Amazon, but (cheap as I am) didn't want to pay the $7 return shipping. So I split out the 4 minifigs and put them on BrickLink & BrickOwl, and listed the X-Wing as no-box, no-minifigs on EBay during the 40% off sellers' fees promo.

Sold all of them within 2 weeks, making $90 after shipping and fees. And since I claimed tax back from Amazon making the original purchase $71, I basically got a 75102 X-Wing for $44 all in. Can still lower that a bit more if I decide to list the box .....

Double my money selling a 75139 bought in at €25. Considering how unpopular this set is I'm happy to sell and wait for deals later if I'm to buy in again.

I think it ran over the Easter period, couldn’t tell you exactly, but it applied to items I listed on 27 Mar, 2016.

There was a 2.5% discount promo last Sunday as well.  You just need to keep an eye out.

Okay now I get the Evil Lair (see my post in the "buy" thread). You made 20EUR in 16hrs. I assume you had a buyer and then went to purchase the set?

Was about to direct your what did I buy question to here  a buyer of another set had asked me about it, I was heading to a store where I knew they still had a couple so chanced my arm on a quick flip. Does that make me a QFLL, I feel so unclean now 

On a related note I love The Lego Movie, I picked up Benny's Spaceships at €50, Sea Cows at €150 and Double Decker Couches at €11.50. It's the theme that keeps on giving (for me) 

Sold 1x 75055 Imperial Star Destroyer for 179E, no fees. Buy-in 95E. Not bad for a 4 month hold. My remaining 75055 sets (3x) will be stored patiently.

13+ lbs of semi sorted Ninjago sets with manuals(24lbs ship weight) but no minifigures for $70 + shipping. Most sets are mostly complete but I'm just happy to get rid of this lot I never should have bought. I'll eventually sell off the figures too. That is 43+ lbs total of bulk gone this week. I'm about to list another 30lbs I got last week that included a LEGO IRIS 6 case work station.

Yes, glad to be rid of it. after selling off all the minis I should break even. All the real money is with the HP and Modulars that came from the same seller.
